This is an awesome article Adam, cool to see how your team applied this. Tons of helpful learnings here. I am curious what you mean by lite/heavy manual PG when referring to tactics you're employing to drive conversion?

Good question – PG is our term for good old-fashioned prospecting (PG = pipeline generation). Once we see an account meaningfully engage and progress to Interested, we do our best to ramp up the PG and hit across multiple channels!
