I visit startup websites every day. And almost every day I find a handful where I really struggle to understand what they do, who they serve and why it's something worth solving. This framework is simple and effective.

Target the right Persona, Company Type & Situation to unlock value. I like it. Thanks for sharing. Founders should pay attention here.
