Keep it up, Kyle. 30k is nothing to sniff at! Totally on board with the flywheel here, writing makes a huge difference
Ever had a moment where your writing unexpectedly opened doors or led to cool connections?
It is one thing to talk about it conceptually but another to be able to see a direct link (and you know everybody loves a story!). Would love to hear a specific way it helped if you could share with us
Thanks, John! My favorite connection from the writing was meeting the CEO/Founder of a $10B+ PLG co & presenting at their exec offsite 😊 (I love to geek out about this stuff if you can’t tell…)
Congrats Kyle! Curious to hear more about how your target audience / positioning has shifted over the past 2+ years of running the newsletter . Can’t wait for more!
Thanks, Charlene! The target audience has remained the same (it’s still a niche newsletter) but I’ve broadened the positioning to include much more storytelling of different case studies, tactics, and growth journeys.
Congrats on this milestone Kyle!! Just a symptom of continuously exceptional work. Keep it up & btw I really love this piece. Must read for all B2B content creators
Love how you have creation and distribution on equal footing and how you ensuring to never run out of ideas target readers really care about. Great stuff.
I love reading your posts and have been considering starting writing myself, mostly for selfish reasons around solidifying learning as you've mentioned. Did you start hear and people happened to love your perspective? Or was there any plans around what other people would love too?
Please get Kara Swisher.
Her interview w/ Benioff was maybe my favorite interview w/ any SaaS leader. She takes no prisoners.
Phenomenal advice here, even for solo content creators outside B2B. Lots of nuggets.
I really like the flywheel you put together, and wonder how one might look like for solo creators...
Appreciate it, Paulo!

Thanks for the kind words, Andre! It’s been fun to watch Data Driven VC explode lately... you’re clearly onto something special 🚀
Of all the gazillion newsletters I'm subscribed to, yours is the only one I read consistently. Great work!
That's so kind of you to say, Khushi! I'll try to make sure it stays that way :-)
Great content, Kyle! I have enjoyed following along

Congratulations! Keep up the great work, Kyle.
Congratulations on 30K! Thank you for the inside look at your writing. Great ideas to avoid that blank Google doc.
Thanks, Amy! Excited to check out Product Management IRL 👀
