With this solid pipeline generated by inbound and referrals, it sounds like they get a clear PMF.

Is it time to move forward to outbound?

They have well structured automation tools to test, supported by customer stories and pains to solve.

Very fair question. I'll leave that to Marty to answer. I would say that they're already doing a flavor of "warm outbound" with Unify. That makes it natural to extend into more outbound over time. If I were them, I'd start with signal-based outbound.
