Nice post - I liked the Canva example! That's how you put cognitive biases to work.

Really loved this one Kyle, thank you!

The usage stats by Canva is genius. I wonder if the customize the cancellation flow per user - for example if you didn’t use premium features much, will they show low numbers or hide the stats section?

Appreciate it, Anton! And good q about Canva… I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a different flow for folks with low usage

Super interesting piece. However I'm skeptic about the "a constrained choice is better than no choice at all".

Not that I have experienced anything of the sort myself but the guys from Growth Design have repeatedly warned their audience about reactance (violently reacting to a product experience because of they encroach on your freedom of choice and are hypocritical about it).

Don't you think it falls in that category?

Miro uses Pocus for that timely outreach based on product usage! Awesome to see it work in reality

Very good content, lots of insights! One question for anyone tuning in- have you been in a situation where you justify the price increase with your developments and investments in innovation and the client comments that they expect this from you and it is a given that your product should evolve? What have you done in such situation?
