Thanks Kyle! This is an awesome writeup. I absolutely love how Greg took a customer-first approach to understanding Pinecone's opportunity and discovered the PLG playbook for developers.

This is such a good lesson for any marketing leader. As a principle, throw away your playbook and understand your customers first!
